It’s time for a big announcement!

Robertson and Knight Knox

I am absolutely thrilled to announce that we have secured two principal sponsors for this year’s highly anticipated Charity Ball.

For the first time we will have two principal sponsors. Our relationship with Robertson, one of the UK’s largest family-owned construction, infrastructure and support services businesses will continue and we are happy to say they are coming on board as headline sponsor for the 6th year in a row. We can also reveal our other headline sponsor, Manchester-based property specialists Knight Knox will be supporting for the first time. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Robertson and Knight Knox for their support and commitment to our cause. With their generous contributions, we are confident this year’s event will be the most successful yet.

As many of you know, the Charity Ball is an annual event that aims to raise funds for various organisations that work tirelessly to make a positive impact in our community. This year, we have carefully selected four remarkable charities that truly embody the spirit of compassion and empowerment.

Firstly, Variety, the Children’s Charity, has been a beacon of hope for children facing physical or mental disabilities for over 70 years. They provide vital support in the form of grants, equipment, and experiences that help children reach their full potential and live fulfilling lives. Secondly, we are privileged to support Mahdlo Youth Zone, an organisation that works tirelessly to provide opportunities for local youth to develop social skills, confidence, and resilience. Through their diverse range of activities and programs, Mahdlo Youth Zone gives young people a safe space to pursue their passions and achieve their dreams. Thirdly, our support extends to Rainbow Trust, an incredible charity that supports families who have a seriously ill child. They offer practical and emotional assistance to families during the most challenging times, providing them with the support they need to navigate through their unique journey. Lastly, we are honoured to back The Anne Frank Trust, an organization dedicated to promoting tolerance and understanding through the lessons of Anne Frank’s diary. They work tirelessly to educate young people on the importance of acceptance, equality, and respect, fostering a more harmonious society for all.

These four charities are truly remarkable, and their impact on our community is immeasurable. I am humbled by the incredible work they do every day and grateful for the opportunity to contribute to their success. Without the support of individuals, companies, and organisations like Robertson and Knight, our efforts to make a positive difference would not be possible. It is heartwarming to witness the generosity of those who understand the importance of giving back to those less fortunate and helping to create a better world for future generations.

So, mark your calendars for the Charity Ball on November 11th, and come prepared for an evening of elegance, entertainment, fun and philanthropy. Let us unite as a community, celebrating the incredible work of our beneficiary charities and paving the way for a brighter future.

Thank you once again, Robertson and Knight, for your invaluable support. Together, we can make a lasting impact and bring hope to those in need.
